On Febraury 09, 2013 The Somaliland National Disability Forum (SNDF) with the Abilis Somaliland Facilitaor Mr. Mohamed Aadan Duale has been visited at Horizon Mental Care Center for the assesment and evaluations of the activities of the Project of Skill Training of the Mentally Recovered People funded by Abilis Foundation partner with the umbrella of Somaliland National Disability Forum (SNDF).
