Horizon Social Assistance Development Organization is a non Profit, non governmental, non political Organization based in Hargeisa Somaliland (East Africa) it has been founded in 2007 by a group of youth volunteers of both the gender.

Horizon has been set up to promote the Social primary and secondary need as voluntary and humanitarian activities.

Horizon mainly play a dominant role the basic needs of the Mentally Sick and Mentally disabled people for their Rights, Caring, and the promotions of the behaviors, and also creations of skills to seek a job or to establish their own works.
